Who this policy covers

This policy applies to snowcap-datalab.in, operated by Snowcap Datalab (OPC) Private Limited, CIN U62091KA2023OPC176250 ("Snowcap Datalab", "I", "me"). It doesn't cover third-party sites this site links to, such as LinkedIn or a scheduling tool.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies and does not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts. There is no visitor profiling, no retargeting pixel, and no cross-site tracking.

If analytics are added in future, they will be privacy-friendly and cookie-free (for example, Plausible or Fathom), reporting aggregate traffic patterns without identifying individual visitors. This policy will be updated if that changes.

What's collected when you get in touch

If you email me or book a call, I receive whatever you include — typically your name, email address, and the details of your inquiry. That information is used only to respond to you and, if we proceed, to deliver the engagement. It isn't sold, rented, or used for marketing to third parties.

The scheduling tool used to book calls (Cal.com or Calendly) is operated by a third party and has its own privacy practices, which apply once you interact with that embed.

Server logs

Like most web servers, the hosting provider for this site may keep basic access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used for tracking or profiling.

Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with data protection rights, you can ask what personal data I hold about you, request a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted. Email tarun@snowcap-datalab.in and I'll respond directly — there's no support team to route the request through.

Data retention

Correspondence and engagement records are kept for as long as reasonably needed for business, tax, and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
